Main Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding services to existing clients and handle any inbound inquiries (voice, chat, email)
• Troubleshoot any issues your clients need assistance with
• Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department.
• Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

The ideal Customer Care Agent will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Native or fluent in German
• Advanced command of English
• Previous customer service experience
• Computer savvy
